Swiggy’s new initiative, ‘Project Next,’ is transforming delivery partners into sales executives, enhancing their career prospects and expanding Swiggy’s restaurant network. Recognized by the Ministry of Skill Development, this program offers training, internships, and employment opportunities, aiming to bridge the gap between blue-collar and white-collar roles. Since its launch, ‘Project Next’ has already onboarded 100 delivery partners as sales executives and added over 360 restaurants to Swiggy’s network.
